They usually just preview a few jobs before it comes out. This time it looks like they did the original 6 jobs.
BTW the new battle event is called "ソーティ", translated as "Sortie". This will probably not be the English word.

Aircraft, ships, and units to sortie usually have a specific mission, whether single or multiple. The word Sortie is a French noun. 54 magic accuracy on the +2 alone, Artifact +3 Macc pieces might get dethroned.
Also WSD pieces starting higher than the other JSE sets at +2. Wonder if they double it for the +3 and they get like WSD+16% Cerberus.Shadowmeld

They just love 20 hour lockout systems. Omen, Odyssey Sheols, and now this.
Are there any serious players of this game that actually prefer the odyssey model to 18 man Dynamis model?
Where did they get the idea that the players want that? These seem like horrible/lazy/low effort choices that they’ve been “working” on for years at this point. Why can’t I play with ALL of my friends? Why do they hate social environments? Lakshmi.Buukki

It should have been the Omen (post update to 18-man) model: designed to be cleared between 1-6 players, can bring up to 18. Not only does it allow you to play with your friends, it also makes group-finding a lot easier, and it also alleviates congestion. Even if you can't fill an entire alliance, it doesn't matter since it can be done with fewer players. They are only joining simply for participation. I really don't see why they can't make it like that.
This is just lazy, they might as well just added Emp reforge to Odyssey at this point. Also, 6 man content sucks, sorry not sorry.

I really don't see why they can't make it like that. I think if they made it this way, the RMT would have 12 leech spots for sale non-stop and they may have wanted it to not be that? Easy fix imo would have been just to have it scale up to the point that it would make it harder (obv not impossible) for rmt to do that. (I mean Gaes Feats scales and you can still carry 6-7 leeches through an aeonic easily). Now I guess the big question is: Do the tags get stored to a point like Omen or do we have to run this ***everyday (or every other) like Ody? What would be a compromise between a 20 hour lockout and completing content so soon it leaves nothing to do?

I'd rather it be like ambuscade with a monthly cap but something I could cap out in a day or two with pickup groups. Keeps you from going through it all too fast, no daily obligation, and keeps you more strategic about what to upgrade first.
