Trusts

I am particularly fond of trusts. My issue is that many of the really cool (and beneficial) ones seem out of reach to me. I recently returned to this game, and am a bit disappointed that certain trusts like Kupofried and Shantotto II (or was it D.Shantotto -- the one with orbs rotating around her) as well as Qultada are seemingly a one-time deal. Will these ever be back in rotation?

That's a good point... though as a collector of many things in-game, it would be nice to be able to get him.

Do not worry. They are constantly in rotation.

I can't tell you when Shantotto II is, as she's login points and up to SE whenever she gets put in the rewards.

But Qultada is every Spring and every Fall.

And Kupofried is every May during the anniversary event.

And, if that wasn't enough, you have two times a year to try your luck with the Mog Bonanza (Once in May, the other at the end of the year), and all you need is the last two digits to match and you can get an Ochre Mog Pell, which lets you get one of most any Trust.
