Sadly no we spend more time teaching kids how to think they teaching them how to learn...
No course on philosophy offered in my high school. Two semesters of it were required by the college that I went to, and boy oh boy, nobody in that class except me gave a rat's *** about it. Especially if it even so much as poked their religious beliefs.
