P&R Election Day 2016 Special
No one else wants to play the map guessing game?
I still say we should have upended the Constitutional requirement of native-born status for presidents and elected the Governator.
In addition to being just awesome, and maybe a half-qualified president, it would also make us like one Franchise War away from Demolition Man being legit.

It really is the epitome of the rural vs. metropolitan division in America right now. Blah-blah, can't get over it, something-something, what difference does that make.
Btw, you guys realize if Hillary wins it's likely going to be Bush vs. Gore all over again, right? I doubt Trump will accept it.

I highly doubt she will accept the results if it turns against her also. "You voting for me right?" Valefor.Sehachan said: » No one else wants to play the map guessing game? There is something cosmically amusing about getting in my car to go vote, turning on the cd player and the first words i hear are
"Like the seed of all creation or a doomsday scheme The future might be bright or bleak But you know popular consensus doesn’t mean much to me..." Only to be furthered when upon leaving the polling place after voting and the first thing to come on is a song called [Welcome to the] 'New dark ages'.... If you see the full video, he simply finished up and glanced at that direction to see if she was done as well. Still funny ... i guess That's the beauty of photography.
This just in, KKK now endorses Hillary
In election news:
WP is already hedging the election in case Clinton loses Long story short: Voters couldn't vote because they were "denied" access to vote. Is that a mannequin?
Isn't it Gaga?

Let's be real for a second. The Nazis were *** scum. But they were seriously snazzy dressers. Just...so snazzy. Hugo Boss, ***. Valefor.Sehachan said: » Isn't it Gaga? So basically, people doing what Trump wants, going out and trying to intimidate and bully people into not voting. No idea about the scale of things, but it's disturbing. "Go and police your fellow citizens and ensure they aren't 'voting fraudulent.'" Not that people doing so have a single credential indicating they have any idea what that means other than "if they look like they might vote against who you want, do something about it." Nate Silver is hedging now too. He's taking a lot of fire from the left, and his forecasting reputation is at stake as well. That's what happens when you're supposed to be an impartial, statistically-based observer but you become one side's darling. You not only have to worry about your accuracy, you have to worry about being perceived as helping the opposition.
Statistics and politics don't mix well, not matter what field you're in. Trust me. Bahamut.Ravael said: » Statistics and politics don't mix well, not matter what field you're in. Trust me. Statistics aren't difficult, but they frequently have too much nuance for the average observer who hasn't studied them to really glean anything worthwhile from them. Which is why polling date is useful by some measures to people who understand it, but is worthless and even potentially detrimental to people who don't know what they're looking at. Which is like 95% of people reading articles on CNN or Fox or w/e. Ramyrez said: » Which is like 95% of people reading articles on CNN or Fox or w/e. Somebody once said that 103% of all statistics are a lie. /insert Simpsons clip |
