So what if Hillary has pneumonia. Pneumonia can be cured.

Trump is a bombastic narcissist. Neither bobmasicity nor narcissism can be.

Eh, screw backreading. I just wanted to pop in and say I think her "basket of deplorables" comment has more truth to it than most people realize. Go look at people in the Rust, Bible and Grain belts. These are the same people who join groups like the Neo-Nazis, the Oathkeepers, and the KKK while fearing the government and people who don't look like them or share the same religious beliefs.

Thus, they turn to bigotry and violence in order to "protect their own whiteness", which marks them as deplorables.

Math might not be your strong suit, but she called over 50 million Americans deplorables. And since you seem to be implying that she could have only been talking about white people, that covers a huge chunk of all possible voting-age whites. Even your exaggerated KKK fantasy can't turn 5-8k members into 50 million.

The better version of that one has Soros and King Salman of Saudi Arabia holding her up, but I figured those were played out.

Nobody is saying is that all republicans are racist, but instead racists tend to identify as republican.

And I never see anybody try to refute the claim. Instead they start screaming "stop calling me racist".

Yes, I will grant you that. However, give some examples post 1970. Or did you take that horrible "Hillary's America" movie to heart and pretend that the southern strategy was never a thing and the parties 200 years ago are the exact same thing as the parties today.

Meanwhile, Democrats usually have a more friendly approach to minorities and treat said minorities as equals, with the respect they deserve as humans...

Email to DNC finance chief of staff in reference to a black executive assistant at Haddad Brands: "LaQueenia is a NAME! I'm sorry boo, hope you got a raise with that title!"

Then there's all the Uncle Tom comments towards any black successful person that isn't a singer/dancer/athlete/democratic politician.

And who could forget all of those minority candidates in the democratic primaries...

Democrats haven't been fighting against lgbt equality, haven't been enacting voting restrictions designed to exclude non whites, haven't run on a platform of targeting Muslim immigrants and haven't painted Hispanic immigrants as criminals. But one guy was a *** about someone's name so it's a wash I guess.

What specific voting restrictions are republicans asking for that exclude non whites and exactly how does that work?

How exactly were Muslim immigrants targeted and in what way?

And can you give me one quote that has painted Hispanic immigrants as criminals that weren't?

Voter ID laws also exclude 16 million whites. It's 2016, it shouldn't be difficult for someone to get some form of government issued photo ID. Do you believe that if there was an effort to put a photo id into every citizen's hand for free, that democrats would then accept a photo id requirement to vote? I seriously doubt it. It sounds like a sad attempt to make it another white vs everyone line of bs when it truly is a fraud vs no fraud issue.

And a temporary suspension from terror states is what is on the table... a suspension that polls have at 50-60% approval of the population. Officials involved with the screening have questioned the accuracy of the process and Trump has asked for a temporary suspension until they assure him that its adequate. I, as well as half of the population, appreciate a leader that puts our safety first.

Your third link refers to a speech about Mexicans coming illegally across the border. He doesn't speak on Hispanics as a whole, like you mentioned. And like I said, give a quote where he paints a hispanic immigrant as a criminal, that's not a criminal. He isn't talking about Mexican immigrants that came into the country legally in that speech. More words in his mouth.

And you're right, I could have linked to videos of Hillary's anti gay marriage speeches, or democratic senators that opposed gay rights and whatnot, but didn't feel like it. Should I? We've all seen them.

There are going to be people on both sides that oppose things that will make different minorities upset. The fact that the democrats try to paint the republicans as the racists/bigots is just ridiculous.

The parties from 200 years ago are vastly different when compared to the same two parties of today. Today, usually it's members of the KKK and Neo-Nazis identifying as Republican, as they have since the Southern Strategy that had put Nixon into the White House. Meanwhile, Democrats usually have a more friendly approach to minorities and treat said minorities as equals, with the respect they deserve as humans, which is treatment these same minorities just don't get from Republicans, explaining why minority voter blocs usually turn out well for the Dems.

History is important whenever we talk about the present.

Dixiecrat (Southern Racist Democrats who are now Southern Racist Republicans) indeed started the KKK and opposed Civil Rights for minorities. However, after the Civil Right Acts of the 60's the Democratic party became splintered, due to conservatives losing faith in the progressives of the Democratic Party, who ushered in these laws.

Republicans refined the Southern Strategy of Herbert Hoover to appeal to jaded conservative democrats, marketing the GoP as the party of choice for conservatives.

The migration of the Conservative Dixiecrat to the Republican party was finalized with the Reagan Administration.

Did you know in 2012 that only 129,085,403 people voted in the presidential election? That's 129,085,403/235,248,000 of the eligible voters in the US or 54.9%. Just something to think about when we throw around numbers like 1, 2 or even 13 million voters of a ethnic group/demographic being affected by laws and policies.

While I understand what you're saying, I think it's also important to remember Kennedy winning Texas, where some counties gave him more votes than the number of residents in the county. And Chicago where he won by 450k votes. The Chicago Tribune found numerous cases of voter fraud, to include votes from dead people. They concluded "the election of November 8 was characterized by such gross and palpable fraud as to justify the conclusion that Nixon was deprived of victory.”

I don't think it's ridiculous at all to expect someone to prove their identification when voting for any US government office. It's not a new concept. We show ids for alcohol, government assistance programs, purchasing mature video games, you name it. If it's such a big deal to democrats, I'm in favor of finding ways to place a government photo ID into the hands of every american citizen.
