Of course if you’re well connected or have the financial means, you stand a better chance of beating a rap, then an average person, and if you’re Hillary Clinton, you can virtually get away with almost anything, even willfully putting our national security at risk, and allowing American’s to die in Benghazi.
And although Hillary Clinton has escaped the justice system for her crimes, and hasn’t been held accountable, there are those that will continually remind her, like the parents of Tyrone Woods and Sean Smith, respectively.
The Boston Herald reports that both Charles Woods and Pat Smith have brought charges against the former Secretary of State, for causing the death of their sons and for defamation.
According to documents filed the plaintiffs allege;
“During her campaign for President, Defendant Clinton has negligently, recklessly, and/or maliciously defamed Plaintiffs by either directly calling them liars, or by strongly implying that they are liars, in order to protect and enhance her public image and intimidate and emotionally harm and silence them not to speak up about the Benghazi attack on at least four separate occasions,” Larry Klayman, an attorney for the families, wrote in his complaint.
Most legal experts agree that the lawsuit has little chance of success, however if you’re Charles Woods and Pat Smith you’ll do whatever it takes to remind those privileged few like the Clinton’s that just because it’s never been done, it doesn’t mean it can’t be done.

Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is being hit with a lawsuit from the families of the two American soldiers killed in the 2012 terrorist attack on the US consulate in Benghazi, Libya. The families have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Clinton accusing the former secretary of state of "extreme carelessness in handling confidential and classified information,” claiming this contributed to the death of their sons. The lawsuit was filed on Monday, blaming Clinton's email scandal for ISIS knowledge and the infamous September 11th attacks.

They are not investigating Clinton's Campaign office, they are investigating Clinton Foundation and it's ties with the Campaign. If there is a tie, then Clinton broke numerous tax, campaign, fraud, and electoral laws.
No way the FBI cannot prosecute her in that case. So, odds are very good that they are just going to bury the investigation until after the election, and only if she wins.
