Because it shares the exact same wording as Amalric gages, which does break the cap for some unexplained reason. I still wonder why gages and mujin band even break the cap in the first place.

Dragoon with 1350 accuracy and Indi-Torpor was able to maintain a 78.5% hit rate on Maju. The evasion adjustment has made melee strats absolutely viable.

Tested Frost and Impact on an Apex Bat Lv135 and neither spell had any effect on Evasion. Implication here is AGI stops giving Evasion after a certain point.

No worries, Ruau. I'll WHM as you melee Maju. Maybe we wont need a 4-step skillchain afterall? :o
As for that idea, if you self skillchain, or skillchain off another melee and it does not fall in line with the level 1 > 2 > 3 of same elemental property, you're going to make it level up and then be hard pressed to kill.
