Question here, what sort of crystal count did you guys need to get 5 phalanx on your weard mantles? Feels like I'm throwing a lot of crystals at my cape and just can't get the 5 phalanx augment.

You won't be hitting enough in a tanking set to bother with a acc/pdt hybrid set.
You need a cure pot set, a hellish enmity set, a fast cast set, and a good acc/mod set for ws's.
For dt, i do pure dt, I don't count on hitting anything, aside from ws swaps.
In my casual tanking/apex set, I do like shield block where I can't put acc because apex can pass Ochain.
And yes, def a phalanx set is super powerful.
Plus, yorcia augs are pure RNG. I'll pursue good augs for enmity but the other stats arent worth a reroll.
I personally tank in a max DT/refresh set right now and loving it. Especially with /blu sub.

I don't have a problem unless a fresh wave comes in and trust is healing and gets ambushed. I try to LOS, but sometimes a DD is soloing in the hallway.

A couple more, Stinking Gas is aoe and Jettatura is conal.
Geist wall is the lowest recast AoE /blu enmity spell. (30 second recast, same 320/320 enmity values as the rest.(note, Jettatura differs here having a 180/1020 enmity value. But it's also got a 120 sec recast)
Sheep song is a 60 sec base recast, and Soporific is 90 seconds.
Stinking gas is also a 60 sec recast, but it has a longer cast time the the reast. 4 sec vs 3 sec)
You can of course, cycle them all but Geist wall can be used most frequently, so it's the go-to AoE enmity spell.

Thanks guys. I didn't know if Kanican's numbers still stood up, but apparently they still do--at least in regard to blu.
The shameful terrible thing, is I was recently reading the old post about enmity adjustments and where Matsui was giving numbers and failed to acknowledge Kanican for all the effort it took to nail those numbers starting with only the smallest insight into what must count for 1 enmity.

The super nice thing about all of the eschalixir gear is that you can very easily change the paths without losing rank. So as your gear evolves, you can adjust your paths.
Akivatoo's suggestion ensures that you are getting an extra 80 HP per piece, pdt-3% on the head, 7 enmity on body, hands, legs and feet and over-capping cure potency received.
Other paths to consider would be D on hands for some HP, shield skill and pdt-3% and any of the accuracy paths once you don't need any of the other options (over-capping pdt-% and cure potency received, for example).

Can you share you're gearswap fonctiom for selfcure ?
So I've been using the Emp head/legs/feet for set bonus to tank with, alongside Tartarus and Yorium hands. I managed to get -4 DT on Odyssean feet and was wondering if I should remove my set bonus for them. I'm unsure what I would add in for head/legs for the time being.
I have no Souveran at the moment...trying to HQ.

Anyone have a good resist charm set? I have souveran diechlings +1, wuji ring, hearty earring. I need to get the unmoving collar +1, and just wanted to know what else would be good?
Solemnity Cape is good, but Aenoth. Mantle +1 has some too if you're having bad luck with the drop.
thanks Kyte. I was thinking those pieces and maybe /run with light runes and pflug up and see if Vir'ava's charm can be resisted.
