do these help R, V and X items show up in chest?

I know the slot those items show up in is slot 1 but is that just them being sorted that way and cobalt cells do help possibly getting those items?

Cobalt changes blue light which is quantity of drops, red (rubicund cell) changes quality of drops.

yes, so,.... can quantity affect the R, V& X item drop rates because your getting more chances at them?

said items in question always show up in chest slots 1&2, blue light allows for items from more slots i.e 3-6... but more slots allow for obtaining a RVX item but then its just sorted into slot 1 or sense those items never show up in slows 3+ are they not affected?

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't change it at all, but not 100%

As far as I'm aware you're guaranteed one item slot which will always be where your HQ item is put if you get one, but by the same token that one slot can also just get some nq crap like logs and ores, as a result since you're guaranteed that 1 slot, cobalt will do nothing to help obtain a rare drop.
