It is not okay to put "I ♥ America" on the American flag. It is especially not okay to deface the American flag with other countries flags.
You going to the extreme of defacing the American Flag with "I ♥ America" is like me saying they may as well have put a Nazi swastika on it. (notice how I didn't do that)
