If you are playing retail you should keep up to date with the current release if you are playing a private server do whatever they suggest.

As far as SHEOLHELPER: I tried 40011, 40012, 40013. Nothing works. Am I suppose to change something else in the lua or just that part of line 216?

Not sure if anybody cares since this only involves the test macro cardians, but I went and smacked one for a few seconds and gearswap spams nonstop error messages into the console:
Gearswap: Lua runtime error: .../Gearswap/packet_parsing.lua:464: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value)

40012 is the new value.

Gearswap keeps positing the line 464 error while engaged and striking target. It says it can not id a buff.
I am using "Version: 0.930" of GearSwap.
