Somebody needs to remind him that 1.)He's a Senate Republican and that 2.) 2 Million signatures does not represent the sentiments of 313.9Million Americans. Simple math says its 6.2%.

Just as a frame of reference, that's less than the % of the population that are native american/alaskan and less than half of the Swedish/american population. It's about the amount of people currently incarcerated in the US.
I don't think anyone would consider half of the swedish/american population or prison population speaking as the will of the people.
