Looks like Boehner is waving the white flag after a pathetic showing, he shut the gov't down for 16 days and couldnt even get a Republican proposal through the House that he presumably presides over. Tea Party thwarted again. Hopefully in January Boehner will make sure he has the full support of his party before he shuts the gov't down, assuming he holds onto his job.
