While they do almost always do more damage (I got about 3100 average with Hellfire+1 as opposed to 2900 average with E Bow and Kabura Arrows, an increase of only 7% on WS), Gun can reach 100 TP in one less shot which is something like 8 seconds faster, and if you're doing 3100 damage every 32 seconds, as opposed to 2900 every 40 seconds, it's obvious which is better for pure WS damage.
Delay barely matters, also. Rapid Shot favors higher delay, in that a gun will receive better DoT and WS frequency when using Rapid Shot. Combined with all the Snapshot gear available, that 150 delay difference is closer to about a 75 delay difference.
I can go on but I've explained this all before, if you have the money, gun is superior in every way. Likely to be even more so if they add a new type of DMG bullets for RNG in these future updates.

In my former ls, they used to die SO quickly.

I'm replaying LeafGreen and very early into it, I have like a LV17 Ivysaur and LV16 Pidgey, but other than that I'm just waiting for something better to show up. Just got to the part where you choose the fossil so I'm trying to decide which I like more, and I think I'll take Kabutops because of how awesome it looks. Even though Omastar looks awesome too.

Depends if you want a Physical Attacker or Special Attacker. Kabutops will need Waterfall, as Omastar's Surf and Hydro Pump rapes. Both fall quickly to an Electric or Grass attack so don't worry about defense so much.

Okay, right now I have Ivysaur, Pidgey, Butterfree, Pikachu, and then two blank spaces.
In my storage box, I have Spearow, Jigglypuff, Rattata, Mankey, Zubat, Geodude, Paras, Clefairy, Sandshrew, Beedrill, and Nidoran F.
Are any of those worth using? I just got to Cerulean and idr what I can catch in the next few areas, but I also don't want to use wiki because that makes it less fun.
I was considering Sandshrew because of the obvious electric immunity, for Lt. Surge who's coming up soon anyway.

OK this Latios is being difficult. It can 1 shot my Haunter so I only get a few chances to catch it each battle =/ before it wakes up and uses its special ><

Like most linkshells, it can be pretty dead at times. Other times it's full of intense conversations about either rl, gear, goals, pokemon or anything else you want to contribute.
We can cover any sort of topic at all, within reason of the forum rules. No real main topic, just a bunch of FFXIAH friends/people coming on and discussing random things.

Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
