Yes, we've done the obvious. :P
Power supplies are cheap where we get them. 30-40 dolla, if we were to get the shop to replace it then would probably be 50-60 dolla for services, but they are np to install.
If it's not that, then we just bring the part back and cry because it's going to be probably 100+ and will have to wait til September. D:

Internal part is a little more expensive... just the cord not so much. And Id test it first... well if you had somethign like a fluke.
So I get this guy just now who calls in screaming that we charged his account and all this stuff. So i'm like, ok let me help you get to the bottom of it and we'll fix it. So i'm asking my basic questions to get a better understanding of whats going on, I ask what does it say for the transaction summary. He says some name of another company. I'm like sir....
