NIK- yeah...here are the last six PO#s you used for service, they're all six digits a hyphen and three more digits...So I tell you what... I'll "put you on the schedule" and in the meantime you go rustle me up a PO# for X amount of teh Monies

PARKER why don't these kids even try to fix it themselves first? back in my day there were no cell phones you would have to dig a quarter out of your own pocket and go find a *** pay phone... you know when I called someone else for help with something!? almost never! GAWD all I would feel is unrelenting shame when I had to make that walk to a phone... I would rather chew my own hands off than call someone else for help jebus howard christ on a..........

they have to fail hard first, then grovel and admit that they are worthless worms that are undeserving of their paychecks, or come up with a decent excuse as to why they can't do it.
it's a real growing problem when these IT and Maintenance departments get lazier and lazier and ship all of their computers and printers etc. out to Dell whenever they break... sooner or later the higher ups are like we need someone with a degree to pack our broken ***up in boxes?

We have extended warranty so we just replace when needed.
Interestingly enough I was checking out the job market and the F-35 crews need system admins (you need top secret clearance and that other Special Clearance).Oh and the FBI is hiring but who wants that gig?

it seems like some of the big boys like Amazon are getting tired of hiring "swap and hop" techs and looking for engineers...

You actually need four things... Aptitude, Desire, Education and then Experience. and you need all of the first three to ever gain the forth. degrees and certifications are just icing on the cake.
I have seen men chock full of desire get all hoped up on education only to then wither, die and shrivel up like raisins on the vine because they have no aptitude for thinking "outside the box".../taps his old brain box

However it never hurts to try for the “GS 1811-10” since special agents come and go. Just google gs 1811-10 for an opening near you.
The system admin F-35 fight system squadron is a Lockheed Martin position and has quite the list of “requirements”.

Well their need for a HIgher Education Degree, which I don't have, I figure disqualifies me.
I could be wrong about the ATF Agent requirement not needing a degree from a higher education place, but it is what I remember a few years ago.
I also dreamed of being a Marshal.
In state of VA I COULD also turn into a Bond Recovery Agent. Could have been a hoot. Gave that up cuz I don't wanna throw some Bail Jumper in back of my now nicer car.
Hey Mos, many years ago, back when I was dating the lady in your state, she had mention a couple counties west from her had openings for Sheriff Deputies. Just think, your great state dodged me being a deputy and possible a Sheriff in it. lol.
