Good luck!! When we were in the hospital I had my I think I need sleep or I'm going to enter psychosis moment at around the 3rd day. Thought everything was fine. Went to the bathroom, went to wash my hands, looked myself in the mirror and everything was a blurry digital pixelation. But only what I saw in the mirror my vision was fine outside of that. Was like yeah sleep sounds like a good idea, don't want to get to the point of seeing shadow people.
