God help me! Quitting smoking was rough! It was even harder when I was out and about with buddies. That first cigarette of the day with your coffee or that cigarette that compliments beer sooooo *** well! Bliss and an insta-nic-fit!

I used to be fairly athletic in HS (soccer, track, cross country, ballet, drill team). I went running and didn't even make it a mile before I started gagging and coughing up phlegm balls. It was really the, "OMG! What have I done to myself?!?" epiphany. Like I said before...The coffee and cig combo and that delicious one that makes the whole world seem right when accompanied by a drink.
