i side thing for now, a seperate lvl system and only few places to go at the moment but they will continue to add stuff, end game content will be along ways off tho.

ive noticed this on levi people cant seem to grasp the idea of doing it for fun i hear things like
"what rewards does it drop"
nothing its just a new lvl system
"whats the point"
oh i dont know... what video games were intended for... fun?

Really because actully 85% of the server is playing it right now.

Yeah I've noticed that too, like whats the point of anything in the game? lol I really enjoy this.
change species, get those up, unlock more species, unlock Instincts, eventualy youl find one ya like,

the korrigan doesnt have elemental seal so you cant cast meteor. only comet.

Leveling other species is where most of the fun is.
Personally, I enjoyed Spider, Diremite, Ram, Wamoura... Still haven't gotten to Buffalo, Marid, or Wivre... Bigger mobs are fun to stomp around on to.
That and species like Scorpion and Tiger are just fun to mess around on. Personally I'll probably try to get a good few of them to 50, then wait out the Party-update so 50+ is less tedious.
Also, Does anyone even read Playonline anymore?

yea i check it when ever theres a new post karb, tho i stick to the forums more since they basicly post the same things most the time

I hope its like Wow where we can camp ppl and hunt out ppl we dont like and jump em, already have plans to sneak up on noobys in dunes with Hydra and nerve gas em!

My only real complaint with monstrosity so far is the TP cost for some abilities.
For the War/Mnk monsters, a lot of your time is just spent auto-attacking and doing nothing else, which is kind of boring.
Tiger is really damn strong, but I could only WS like every fourth mob or something. With the lack of curing or enfeebling etc abilities for the melee mobs, you don't even need to be there to fight.
Offensive strength makes some of the more defensive abilities pretty useless to. Why even use Roar when you can Razor Fang/Claw Cyclone?
But when it takes 150/200TP to use this, and 7tp a hit, it's sort of uncommon to actually get to input anything.
I'd just like to be more actively involved when playing as these types. Maybe if we gained TP more like actual mobs did it would be a bit more interesting.
Still having some fun with the system and it's all I actually do when I log on now, but the lack of player input sucks for melee.
Its the same for normal jobs at these same levels to, but it actually improves for them eventually.
Anyone know of a way to point the macro switcher(I think that's the name) addon to a specific page or book for monstrosity? Thinking it might impossible since your job is "Nothing" then but would be nice to have.

alot of stuff there going to tweak
tp moves /spells
there gonna lower exp per kill once partys goes into effect
but ya war mobs its a LONG haul to lvl even longer if your a large mob haha.
also i dont see the problem with large mobs going into caves because there smaller then the mob version anyways i dont see the prob lol

We need a large mob to tank for us.
Scorpion level 60 = Antlion unlocked.
Instinct II = 10 str DA +1% crit hit damage +5% cost: 6
7500 infamy for antlion

Read my leveling guide. It's the fastest way I know at the moment up to 52. It takes less than day to 50 a mob.

I reactivated for this and it's fun as ***. Thanks for people putting info, especially regarding the Bee quest.
I was sad to not be able to attack this guy who was running as a Sabotender and checked EP... Hopefully they update this quick, I want to slap random people.
