Augmented Seiryu Kote with at least 3 STP(can get up to +5) will put you comfortably a 4 hit with 3/4 recycle and one hit of last stand only, without any huge loss of stats(about the same RACC, so -9 STR and defensive stats, if thats important to you). Assuming your math for 660 delay gun is correct I'm too lazy to check it myself.

Side note, Elemental Belt for Last Stand.

Edit: Other options would be Kayres(from Tojil if you have it, in place of RACC ring), Aetosaur Trousers/+1, Goading as you mentioned. I'd swap pants out for Aetosaur and use Goading or Kayres(probably Goading to preserve the RACC), or use Goading+Kayres and fulltime Nahtirah. If going with the Nahtirah option you may want to get a Hurlbat to help out with the accuracy loss depending on what content you're doing. These suggestions are in addition to using augmented S. Kote.

What are some good sets for TP/WS with a bow and a gun (That's not a relic). Everyone has sets for Anni and Yoich, but a lot of us don't have the time or gil to farm a 119 bow or gun. ty

I'd also like to see some of these.
(I use cibitshavore.)
Does anyone have any non-RME Jishnu's Raidance Sets?

Use the same gear as RME but without the RME? <.< Not sure what difference the weapon makes on the rest of the gear for the WS.

Uh, it looks like it's just an emote for ranged attack.
"Addition of a command to display ranged attack motion"

You'll be able to see your weapon in town while the animation is going off. Not that you'll see it on your back while you're walking around.

Different delays / store tp / enmity etc on the weapons

That post specifically said Jishnu's Radiance. Delays means nothing there. Store TP depends on your TP set. Enmity on the weapons? None of RME have -enmity on them so use less if you don't think you need it if your weapon has some on it already. Other than making sure you get enough TP back to match your x-hit build there isn't any reason to use a different set than what is used for RME for Jishnu's Radiance.

If you shot in 1 more stp you would be in a 2/4 recycle 4-hit.

You might want to consider dropping a lot of stp instead, and hitting the minimum stp values for a 3/4 recycle 4-hit, using 31 stp to shoot and 21 stp to ws.

So I'm finally diving back into trying to gear rng for 4 hit. I can hit 42 stp but I would have to get a mekki shakki, or would using 31 stp tp/ 21 stp ws be more practical?

The update today is going to change TP gain for all weapons so you might as well wait until after that since sets are likely going to change.

At work at the moment so unable to actually test/check, but I'm assuming Atoyac with racc and stp is tops with Anni now (for harder content)?

Edit: Read the notes better, it looks like 1 from each, so Racc and Snapshot +2?

Snapshot is for armor only.
If you're picking RACC for the unique slot, you're left with these options:

Accuracy+30, Magic Accuracy+30, Occassionally attacks twice

I'd imagine the MACC would be useful for Wildfire.

Snapshot augment is only for armor.

Since it's a melee weapon it can only be augmented with Accuracy+30, Magic Accuracy+30, Occassionally attacks twice from the "shared" pool. In other words, no matter what one of the augments on the dagger is going to be pretty much useless unless you're actually meleeing with the dagger itself.

So it comes down to Ratt, Racc, or STP as actual beneficial effects you can augment it with.

Edit: and I was beaten. :<

Thanks for the clarification. At work I can access BGWiki and FFXIAH, but not any official forums or sites due to filters. From the posts I saw it looked like snapshot was an option for both weapon and armor...

The snap shot augment is nice for like say a Samurai who wants to put it on something like Otomi Helm and Ejekemal Greaves (I don't know who would do that, but it is an option).

I don't know about any serious application, but Ajjub Bow with OAT and Crit +4% looks fun for Jishnu's spam.

The xbow could be also fun for messing around. It's already got -8 enmity, so you could put OAT and -10 enmity on it. (-18 enmity total)

Since the other shared augments are already pretty lack luster (I'm sure you can easily find something better for PDT/MDT) and the Snapshot augment is actually paired with a haste augment making it an even better haste piece, this isn't completely out there.

Requires a bit of testing but I'm going to operate under the assumption it'll only effect main hand(dagger) ws.

too lazy to make a nice equip grid so:
tp:
hurlbat legion anni achi
arcadian ocachi tripudio volley
kyu mani bellona hadjuk
sylvan eliand aeto +1 orion

coronach:
arcadian ocachi vulcan vulcan
kyu arcadian rajas pryo
buqu ele-belt nahirtah arcadian

Depending on if ws-damage works on atoyac or not, an option I will take is to put stp+5 on that and change out the back piece to jse cape. I think i'm over tp anyways but this works for me.

Why Bellona's and Mani hands if using Anni? j/w if it was your personal set or if there's a reason (ie: something I'm missing) for em over the other (better) options.

lookin at Atoyac for RNG. What are the best augs? I'm liking the RA +20, but the WS damage +2% is pretty enticing. Anyone aug'd and using one of these bad boys?

2% WS damage hmmm... simple maths...
2% of 1000 = 20 damage,
If you WS do 10000, extra damage would be 200.

To be honest, don't find it that amazing. I will probably get STP so can play with my sets..
