You might want to consider dropping a lot of stp instead, and hitting the minimum stp values for a 3/4 recycle 4-hit, using 31 stp to shoot and 21 stp to ws.

Neither does arcadian jerkin, unless you neglect to put stp in a different slot I guess?

pretty sure recycle doesn't proc on double shots is why (not that 5% should even be significant?), unless zero is just being a noob and didn't think to put stp elsewhere

I used overkill tonight, checking my ammo before and after. I only lost 2 bullets. i meant the tp enhancement rather than the trait itself

I don't know, I have wondered that myself. Reason being, if the ratio of 2/3 double shot and 1/3 triple shot holds up, you are still looking at needing to pull the trigger twice to get tp 2/3rds of the time, and you will be at an over supply of TP. And if you aren't WSing, then you can drop the x-hit gear and go max damage.
I generally stack more rapid shot and snapshot gear for overkill, lock the set and spam my shoot macro.
I guess it depends a lot on your timing also? All you avatarless people making me have to read names and ***.

I am trying to map out my sets based around Hgafircian since that is my only 119 ranged weapon at the moment and this is what I have come up with.
ItemSet 324666 ItemSet 324667 By my calculations the base TP given with Hgafircian +2 and Achi bullets is 17.2. This set, +26 stp in TP phase and +12 in WS would give enough TP for a 4 hit as long as both hits of Last Stand hit and Recycle procs at least 3/4. With the gear that I have until I can get items like bloodrain strap or Kydfasdfaesradf body from DM, I could maybe swap out Scout's Belt with goading Goading Belt, or throw on a Brutal Earring for an additional sTP. Adding 1 sTP would put me at 99.8 TP gained if I get 3/4 procs of Recycle and I miss the second hit of last stand. Is this an acceptable set? |
