Mollusca, Mermansx2, Denali hands, Twilight torque, Dring(if no dring, Avalon BP + dark ring)
Shadow ring is definitely worth it, much higher proc rate than mantle even if it uncaps your mdt you mnks still use boost b4 ws?

It started because I asked them why they ever sold avalon plate and they told me because they were capping mdt with a dring without the need for body swap. I was like well swap to engulfer and shadow ring then and buy it back lol. As for a build without dring, Kyler has already answered this. All I have to say as far as pdt and mdt sets are concerned is id try my best personally to avoid using mollusca and try capping both pdt and mdt(and haste) with engulfer(and shadow ring) and shadow mantle for pdt. no moonshade. doesn't do much to shijin at all. if non salvage/delve, use ghillie+1 or something. otherwise just use da7 earrings.

It doesn't appear they're being consistently accounted for in some of the gear sets posted, causing the mixed "what's better" results. gear sets(these obviously don't need to be exactly these, just what I used):
standard TP: ItemSet 301960 imp up: ItemSet 301961 shijin:ItemSet 304328 These are capped acc w/ below buffs. (they might be over capped, but I have no idea, i've only mnked 2-3 times). Use acc swaps if JAs or buffs wear. buffs/debuffs: Sole sushi +1/march/march/min3-5/mad x2/scherzo/haste/choas/hunters/fighter's/rogues/boost-str/haste/geo def-/geo eva-/gravity2/dia3/angon or drg 2hour jump/ Tojil fight: Pop mantra/100 fists/formless/imp/berserk/agg/focus. Punch till 100fists wears, probably not worth WSing. Proceed to punch w/ WSs, after 3 minutes, 2nd mnk uses mantra. cors do wild card. Repop all JAs bar formless and mantra. Punch more. Imagine Tojil is your jerk of a best friend who slept with your fiance the day before your wedding at 25%. Punch harder for 25%. Win. If weakness TP move gets off wear best -DT/+hp gear you can until unweak. I personally use omodaka as im 17/17 nq tekko-1 atm and I like the acc, another alternative is to just wear 4/5 usu giving 8% in the leg slots but these are inferior to mani legs. One good use for gote+1 imo is for a PDT set... ItemSet 302038 Probably better to use honed tathlum. This build is only 48% though, 50% with denali but you're losing the acc, counter and cap haste. An imp up tp swap is actually worth it?
Hey, I got a couple of questions here:
I added the Delve Boss from RNG spreadsheet to MNK spreadsheet, is that Tojil? (I assume it is) How do i account for geo eva down and gravity? Do I just lower the boss eva directly by the amount these 2 should give (2x40ish)? It's based on reported info from Tojil and/or bee fights. For Geo, for now you can just add values to the custom stat line, such as 40 Acc to represent the -40 evasion put on the NM. Or, as you said, simply directly modify the NM values themselves.
Posting an accuracy and haste set for Tojil i'm almost done with. Manibozho body is at rank 8, legs rank 7. Rigor's are rank 10 attack path. What im wondering is can i keep this set with all armor and capping acc by finishing the manibozho to 15 or will i need to adjust some armor like ring/neck or even swapping out usu +1 head for manibozho head.

Edit: I have the augmented feet for Mantra and Legs for 100 fists. Ill finish the body for Formless after father's day activities. Is there anything else im missing? I think some of the accuracy sets being thrown around here are questionably high, unless you don't bolster or soul voice.
With SV madx2, hunters(not lucky), sole+1, and bolstered torpor, my mules were all at 95% acc using http://www.ffxiah.com/item-sets/304164 (rank 2 augs) .. would guess with the usukane you'd want something like http://www.ffxiah.com/item-sets/303515 unless you're using your buffs/food differently.. obviously manibozho legs if high enough rank and tenryu tekko+1 if available. Soul voice removes the need of accuracy on anything, I mentionned it earlier. You will cap even if you equip pdt/mdt gear.
