What I want but will never have.

I can't actually hunt with it yet. :-( Not until I work out some more. My aim isn't good enough to keep animals from suffering, and my arrows sometimes hit the target and bounce off. I need to do more push-ups and get more arm strength so I can move on to a higher-weight bow before I can feel comfortable hunting with it. I love shooting it, but if I was going to go after an animal with it, it would be very important for me to kill it on the first hit (or kill it as fast as possible) because I just can't stand the thought of an animal suffering. /blush! Im glad the last page here got back on topic... Im not going to argue with people about the gun laws, morality or justifications of owning a gun, or if i was trolling when I posted this topic... To clarify, I am not trolling.. I asked a very specific question, to get some insight and allow others to share what weapons they own....If you dont own a gun, and dont want to own a gun, and feel that people who own guns are morally HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE... then take your opinions somewhere else..
Thanks to those who have shared so far! M39 EMR

I apply the sniper adage to everything even with firearms. One shot, one kill. Fenrir.Mariane said: » My weapon of choice: ![]() It's a kind of gun that bind things together instead of making holes. I use a iron personally, but to be fair I've never used a soldering gun. I have an H & K USP .40 S & W. I haven't been to the range in forever though. I sold my other guns, a Glock 17 and a Russian SKS, a few years ago as well. Just kinda lost interest.
![]() I currently have a Ruger P95 9mm. I wanted the SR9, but this one had a much more economic price tag.
![]() My Mossberg 500A. I got this one off of a job. The guy didn't have enough money to pay for his new AC and Heater, so we worked out a trade. Ended up with this and a few Go-Karts. Don't have a gun at the moment, but used to go quail and dove hunting when I was younger and thinking of picking it back up. Because honestly, if you have ever had bacon wrapped BBQ quail you would never complain about hunting or guns again.
Thinking of getting this. It's a Remington SPR 220 Side-by-Side I prefer side-by-sides to pumps for bird hunting... no real reason behind it, just like them more. Would probably use a pump for duck hunting though, but screw duck hunting. personaly easy to point a gun at some 1 and be a ***** and act the hardass take the gun away and throw them a good old fashion *** kicking see if there the tough guy after guns dont solve anything just make more problems than they solve
and before people start the trolling yes i did 6 years in the armed forces differance is soldiers use guns to defend themselves from aggresive people wanting to blow u away for some stupid *** reason not because they dislike or have an issue with the world at large untrained and unstable people should not own the right to guns simple as take as you wish from that and merry christmas one and all :D:D Should really call a mod in here, people coming to argue for no reason.
but since I don't think the OP saw my question earlier:
why pump over semi-auto shotgun? just preference or reasons for it? Jetackuu said: » but since I don't think the OP saw my question earlier: why pump over semi-auto shotgun? just preference or reasons for it? I have a dart to a nerf gun
HK P7M13...not important how I got it, but its legal.
The first five shots in the clip are home invasion rounds, the rest are armor piercing (I don't have children, and my dog sleeps in bed with my fiancée and I). You do not want to break into my house. You will die trying to hide. I used to be scared of guns, still am just a little bit, but my girl and I have been considering going to the range and learning how to shoot. I want to learn how to shoot, not just so that I can get a conceal carry permit, but so that I can learn to appreciate guns better. I think a main reason why so many people are against guns is because they haven't learned to appreciate them. They aren't just weapons, they are well crafted tools and extensions of one's self in the hands of the right people. It's the bad people who get all the attention.
I'm not scared of guns, i just don't like them. Don't really understand why i should 'appreciate' them <.<
But o well, totally different mindset i guess lol Odin.Headstrong said: » I'm not scared of guns, i just don't like them. They get together every month or whatever and talk about their pets, how to care for them, different breeds. It's not a selective club - most of the people are super friendly, and anyone that would like to know more about tarantulas is welcome to come and learn. One day, some guy pops in and says, "I don't like tarantulas. I'm not afraid of them. I don't understand the appeal of them." How freaking weird would that be? |
