last time we caught Tiamat up, I was able to land a few nin enfeebles, whm slowed, I'll have to ask him if he remembers what landed and didn't and if we got any immune messages.
What bugs me about the "immune" message is getting "resisted" with 480+ enfeebling skill, HQ staff, and piles of macc. If they are going to introduce some intense enfeebling skill gear or macc gear, then, whoohoo I guess, but how can they say they fixed enfeebling if a 99 RDM with capped skill and all the gear gets resisted...

Sandworm actually aggro'd me and a friend out doing vnm trials a few weeks ago. Serket, no drop.

Getting an alliance of people to the ??? was always such a pain in the ***.

soloed Haku on smn bst rdm and pld at 75, prior to 2009 when I took a break for a few years. Used to merc O.hats for people on Ramuh. SMN could solo anything provided two things: 1) Carby could DD faster than the NM could regen, 2) you could run far enough to resummon carby without getting other aggro. Even solo Zip on smn while an entire LS watched waiting for me to die. <3 gaiters at 75.

The stories about Avesta reminded me of this NM:
I accidentily ran into him as BLU/DNC level 80 (I was doing RoZ missons). I managed to zone before it killed me. Now that I'm 99 I think I'll have a good chance to kill it. But back when the level cap was 75, this dragon was a pretty tough cookie.

Back in 2008,I was a fresh drg 75, and I was aiming at one NM, to get a "godly" body piece, assaut Jerkin. Name of the NM? Ose.
Always took me hours to get it to pop, and my attemps to solo it as drg/blu always failed. The paralyse was so strong with this one, even with a stack of remedy. You end up using the item, getting para'ed, and losing the item. At least now you don't lose the item anymore >.>
God I really hate it so much.
But now i have the body, I'm a proud drg!
