Soil gorget would save the most inventory for just BLU since it covers 4/5 of the ones you'd ever potentially use.
But it's missing the most important ws ^^;

Which you don't use a gorget for.

Moepapa/Rancorous > gorget/Rancorous > Rancor/Atheling, all by about the same margin (bit less than 0.5%).

Which is precisely why I still use Rancor/Atheling. There's no other incentive to use Rancorous Mantle nor Moepapa Medal and the gorgets for CDC don't align with the other sword weaponskills at all.

I guess though people should have Moepapa anyway for spells unless they rock an Ire Torque+1(you can get this augmented with 2 STR and some VIT as well using FoV btw)

I think you're confusing Moepapa Medal with Tjukurrpa Medal.

^, and I'm 99% sure you can't FoV augment Ire +1 with additional STR.

I'll back this, not because I have any factual proof, but because I'll die if I have to augment my torque... Probably can get -2 str though!

I'm working on FoV augments for ire +1 my pictures seem too big to post but.

+3 attack augment on my first ire + 15 fire resist

second one was crap just light resist.

So if you wanna slightly boost up your req. set be my guest!

Ah someone told me you could. Is there any reason why you can't? I don't know much about fov augments but i was under the impression you could get an augment of any base attribute/basic stat/ele resistance
i.e att/def/acc/eva/str/vit/mnd/dex/chr/int/mab/mdb/hp/mp etc..

I havent seen anything on the wiki indicating anything about stats having any sort of pattern, infact it says:

Quote:
1-4 Augments for the piece of equipment traded.
Each augment can consist of a single stat (STR+1, Resist Vs. Fire+1) or a set of numerically opposing stats (HP+10 MP-10, STR+1 DEX-1 AGI-1).

Not 100% sure so don't take it as fact, but I've seen it mentioned that you can't get + to any base stat on a piece of gear.

i've been looking at those fomor HNMs from WoTG and wondering if it's possible to solo any of them, specifically Lugh. I just want the Concordia for town gear.

I know this is the blue mages forum, but i know they can be soloed on other jobs at least. I soloed the one in the bottom of eldieme on bst when I aggroed him during an axe trial. Never went back to try it on blu.

Evasion gear on blu is dumb as ***.
Depends on what you're fighting. But nobody should listen to you for BLU stuff anyway, mister BLU hater.

This was a great read and I learned a lot.
Anything you can do for BLU macros? Especially on how to max weapon skill damage etc
Basic stuff like macros for chain burst or affinity to more complex ones us noobs might not know
Would be a great add to this fantastic post

Ideally you want to use spellcast, without you're either gonna use a huge amount of macros or you're gonna limit the potential of your gearsets.

For those who don't know as much about BLU, ignore what this person said. He's either ignorant, stupid, or a troll.
