I think some people are just misunderstanding what actually went on, I've never heard of someone successfully moving an account from one SE ID to another after it's been linked.

Most likely. Especially based on the # of people who can't seem to figure out how to download and install the game. Getting a message "could not enter the next area" when trying to get into Bastok [S] and Windy [S], anyone know the deal with that? The next mission I have is to talk to NPCs in those zones..

too much speed hacking.
Or maybe not sure but I think if a battle is going on in town you can't walk in/out. I know tele dude wont tele you out I cant seem to buy Abdhaljs Gems.
I know after update there was some dialogue and a question form Gorpa, and I'm pretty sure I skipped it or put a blank answer or escape. but now it tells me I can't buy gems and I cant find the dialogue again. anyone else experience this or know what to do? clearlyamule said: » too much speed hacking. is there a cap on paralyze?
I know each spell has a cap, but combined. Idris Bolster indi-para = 50% rdm caps at 35% + up to enfeebling effect +54% Therefore, is 100% paralyze possible? Leviathan.Comeatmebro

Do we even know if geo and rdm para check at same step? Seems likely they are independant checks and you'd be at 77.95% proc even if it's not hard capped. They might not even stack for that matter, could just take most potent one.

I had the same question about geo slow for this month when we replaced a rdm with geo.....Can geo land slow spell then make it even slower with bubble? Leviathan.Comeatmebro

We have some precedent for slow(we know geo slow is unique buff id from mob usage, and slow/elegy already stack), so would assume they do stack correctly.
I don't think I've ever seen a controlled test of paralyze though, and it seems like a stretch to assume they'd just add the procrates together without data. Offline
Last good paralyze data I remember seeing was way back. Like Robonosto's stuff so really doubtful any ones involving geo + other versions.

That elegy page is kind of worded bad. That cap is just for those spells not total reduction. Weakness alone is 100% as is massacre elegy. Anyways

has anyone figured out what " Chance of doubling "Blood Pact" status +25%" on SMN SU5 means yet? Quick Asura question that I probably already know the answer to but hoping I'm wrong:
Are the shouts still dominated by SMN Burn onry? I've been on hiatus for a few months now due to a combination of work and not being able to do much in shouts because of SMN burns. Normally I would take the "Can't beat em' so join em'" approach but SMN puts me to sleep lol I just don't find it fun. Just a simple question, don't wanna delve too deep into it or start any sort of disputes. On assura? You will not ever see anything escha related that isn't SMN onry.
But thats about it. SMN isn't used exclusively for anything else right now. Offline

Albumen and Schah are the only even remotely difficult NMs and both are just DPS checks. I see Albumen more as a tank/spank since ManaWall can be kept up for ~14min rather easily. XD Offline

Afania pretty much nailed it right on the head lol.
As for making my own groups, I’d rather not because I’m a General Foreman (General Manager) and I’d like to avoid managing people on and off the clock if possible lol Thank you for the responses Has anyone tested the STR to attack ratio for offhand weapons yet? I'd do it myself but I'm currently unsubbed.
So far I've seen STR:Att 4:3 for two handers and 1:1 for one handers and H2H, but no mention of offhand. Looking to update a few spreadsheets and may as well do the BGwiki STR and Att pages while I'm at it, but I want accurate numbers. Thanks. Asura.Jugsofholyness
