Is their a cap on Triple Attack/Double Attack?
I am having an issue with flagging a specific quest. I am looking to increase my adventurers level cap to 70, however Luto refuses to give me it.
I have completed Mirror Images, and the quest before "Clash of the Comrades", called Mixed Signals. My NPC is capped for EXP at level 65 and has been for some time. Her bond, I would assume, is pretty high. Any reasons why I should not be allowed to flag this quest? Is it already flagged? Maybe just try heading over to Qu'Bia and see if you get the next Cutscene.
Thinking about transfering to Sylph, are there any items I can bring over from Asura and make some gil on Sylph? Thanks.

I was under the impression that using Scourge is a waste of time.

I was asking whether I should use Rag 85 or OAT99, not what WS I should be using on Rag. Glad I don't have a relic, I apparently don't know how they work. :P

My LS mate Rag 99 pulls about 7 K Resolution easy easy , and tells it is too weak -.- She rag 99 on NNI and stuff............... but will ask her for ya. does SoA works on windows XP?
