It's super easy, honestly. All it takes is an emulator program and a ROM file to be loaded by the emulator. Any emulator-specific questions can be answered by each project's FAQs generally. Totally worth it, especially if you have a gamepad!

If you can install games like Mapplestury and ffxi, you'll be fiiiiiine. lol It's like a step-down, really. All it takes is playing with the menus to find your way around. Just snag ZSNES for SNES games and find a ROM for Mario RPG or something and have at it. Has fast-forward/rewind/slow-down stuff along with custom save-states wherever you please! Iz gewd.
