I did that too Row. I'd NPC actual gear.. I remember finding a thick set (lol!) And NPCing it for Limbus.. then I would ask my friends for a tele because I couldn't afford to spend the 2k for one >.<
I need to get back to leveling Alchemy. Not sure if there is any real money to be had in that, but it's got to be better than these Yagudo...

Lol I was that poor once I was so confused and pissed off when I couldnt get onto an airship. I was rank 5 already and knew I had a stupid pass. After about 15 min of being very pissed and thinking the game glitched on me I looked and I had only 3 gil. Doh!

Even in my poorest days, I always made sure I had at least 10k on me...I just pretty much pretended that money wasn't there, it was my "emergency fund" if I needed a tele or something in a hurry.

Every 10 minutes! And i farm raptor skins during the wait and a couple other things so i go constantly and sometimes it can be close to an hour before someone pulls up the manta!

Then you're doing it wrong. When I was there I got it every 10-15mins.
Thats because it had alot of people fishing it then its back down to like 4 now so its slower, and i swear se has messed with the load rate of it in the past couple of weeks. And kiri im sure you do because i spend gil really fast, and you always just seem to have alot of cash lol.
