The Last Dance: Gearing Paradigms for a New Age
Bismarck.Sylow said: » That said, the way the RNG works in the game, you'll always triple attack and get a good roll on Conserve TP and be back at 50+ TP before you can switch out Oynos immediately after your first WS after haste procs.
IDK if there's a way for Spellcast to handle it. I'm not a spellcast superwhiz. Offline

I'm sure you could have 2 spellcast scripts both identical except for the oyonos rule, one solo one party. The solo one could be like if buff active haste and spell= <name of WS (probably list all relevant WSs)> then off hand = weapon x or something like that
I personally have a button I push to manually switch the dagger.
I usually just force my duo partner to sub RDM so I don't have to worry about it.
This is a useful tool if you aren't aware of it.
If you put in DNC/No Support Job ... you'll see why Dynamis sucks so horribly with no support job. Siren.Thoraeon said: » I personally have a button I push to manually switch the dagger. HP MP STR DEX VIT AGI INT MND CHA

Your mission, should you chose to accept it, is to determine how many puppies I would end up with on average after two weeks with one chance to buy a puppy per day. Hello Sylow, awesome piece of work here. Offtopic a little, but if I was going to main DNC, which Attribute Merits should I consider? I started a bit of Str and dex, but I just wanted to know what you would think as optimal as a reference! Thanks again for the awesome guide, I've pretty much followed it to a "T" atm.
At the moment, the answer is to do STR 12/12.
If we get more sources of STR, WHMs cap/learn to cast Boost-STR, and depending what you fight, some day DEX or AGI may be preferrable. Ok thanks Byrth :) Also for another question I had.. Which atmacites in voidwatch should I also invest time into?
For Dancer? I guess the answers I have to give here are:
* Coercion - 3 Regain, 5 STR, 5 AGI, 10 Acc * Discipline - HP+10%, 20 Save TP, 10 MDB, +3 to all stats * Valiant - HP+10%, 5 Acc, +15 to all stats, 5% Haste (probably gear-based) Coercion will be used almost all the time. Valiant would be used if you don't have a COR. Discipline would be used if you do. Look here to decide for yourself. I started working on WoTG missions the other day and I couldn't help but think of you guys as I was doing the CS mission with the dancing troop in Sandy

John, Jacob, Jingleheimersmith, Fluffywumpkins The Proud, and dinner. What else are you going to do with 0.3 puppies, really? The cuter they are, the better they taste. ;-; classin' it up in valk So on Gobli, Requiescat/Ruinator despite having 1.0ftp on their first hit have listed "全段倍率有効" which means "(Damage) Ratio Augmentation Effective for All Stages." Damage Ratio is the JP name for fTP, and Damage Ratio Augmentation is what they call the bonus from gorgets etc. Basically, this means that the fTP bonus applies to all hits (despite having 1.0ftp)
Have we actually tested and ruled this out for Exenterator? I did using a brew and mighty strikes on the test server but I don't know how many updates before release it was. If it worked, the difference would be dramatic (~+15% WS damage)
Guys fast question my damm Excel maths dont have the etoile hands +2 and Idk if use Charis hands +2 9AGI 9DEX for exenterator or Etoile Bangles +2 6AG 7attack 7Acc

Probably the Etoile imo. Unless you're closing a skillchain then I'd use Charis. I'm not a math whiz, so I'd wait for Sylow, Byrth, or Dawnn to reply.
Rough guide to comparing gear for Exenterator:
1.) "Line up" the two pieces of gear with the greater AGI piece on the right. (6 AGI, 7 Attack 7 Acc) vs. (9 AGI 9 DEX) 2.) Cancel out like amounts of stats (AGI and STR) toward the right (7 Attack 7 Acc)vs. (3 AGI 9 DEX) 3.) Delete any remaining STR from the left and subtract the (STR/4) from the AGI on the right. (nothing to do here) 4.) Delete the attack from the left and subtract floor(Attack/3) from the AGI on the right. (7 acc) vs. (1 agi 9 dex) tl;dr Charis +2 is slightly better. On top of that it's relatively common (at least in Dynamis) to do Wild Flourish --> Exenterator, or Evisceration --> Exenterator. If it worked, the difference would be dramatic (~+15% WS damage) It probably wouldn't hurt to try again since I don't think it worked for any of them until after they started dicking around with the fTP on Shun/Resolution/Realmrazer etc. Offline

I don't understand what's going on in step 3 up there. Or why it's happening. Explain?
