Updated, resized bumpman as well since he got shrunked, have a version saved still with the smaller one if you want to go back to that Spence since I sucks at editing and he got a little blurry.
It might be better to just wait till the end of the week and then edit everyone into the picture.
Back when Zahrah and I did a joint entry, the WIPs we sent each other after working on something became pixely and bleh near the edges. Zahrah re-did the lines and generally fixed up the picture before she submitted it I believe.

but if you wait til the end, the person's idea for the position of their character will be compromised, as their may not be room.. or you can't have 5 people thinking of a "corner position" pose..just doesn't work

Nah.
That won't be a problem because people will still submit their images as .bmps, as said earlier, for easier editing. They could always say "I'd like it to be in the top right corner" or "put me next to the red caped dude, but inbetween that hawt naked Tarutaru" or whatever!
I can see it being a problem if loads of people submit last minute entries on Friday, which is most likely when I'll finish/do mine heh, heh.
Seems as though space will be an issue. Don't draw too big! And feel free to move me, although I'd obviously prefer to be somewhere on the top edge D:
I can always move some around and stretch it out to make it bigger (That's what she said!)
