So if the cap is 105 you have to be 95 to try it without any support. If you have both +1 equipment peices, 93. If you have the stall (Theoretically +4) you only need to be 89 to attempt it. If you get +3 Adv. Support from the npc then 86. But you will most likely break 95% of the time. I would not suggest trying on anything that isn't atleast 95~97 with support of some form.

Should google some screenshots of that furniture before investing... it doesn't look quite as cool as the icon but it's still nice.

I find it to be about 8 or 9/10 fail rate at 10 level gap. Also, 15 level gap to attempt, 10 level gap in order to gain a skillup IIRC.
