You can type all the curse words you want. There's a global filter in place that will filter the words for users who don't have their age verified. You however can not post pictures with excessive profanity in them.

This is shining example of a dedicated serious gamer, showing an impressive awareness and focus on subtle facets of his game environment (that most people including myself wouldn't even notice); even with his disability he succeeded at mastering the game.
