Today is #WonderTradeWednesday yay! AKA #WTW
At 7pm CST (8 EST, 5 PST) I will start wonder trading away a full box of "Outstanding Potential" 4-6 IV Adamant Scraggy all with the Moxie ability.
There are 2 6 IV, most are 5 IV, and there are 3 with 4 IV. I released anything that showed "Somewhat Superior" potential, and kept "Outstanding Potential" only.
My IGN is "Ken" (my IRL first name) and my signature will be #WTW #NappyNation so if you see that, you'll know you're getting a good QUALITY Pokemon via Wonder Trade.

252 spd and att and 4 hp if you are making it a physical attacker and as for moves id def go for U-turn so you can damage and hopefully not take much damage in the process unfortunately it only has a base 95 so there will be plenty out there that will out speed the U-turn. Could also switch Aerial Ace for Swords Dance since Façade will hit for neutral damage to everything that's weak to flying and most likely do a lot more damage.
You could also consider a more defensive Gliscor.
244 hp, 248+ def and w/e as the last EV since you are running Jolly. For moves you could go for Substitute, Façade/toxic, earthquake and protect/swords dance.

Actually, Charmander does get Blaze, as I have a Charmander that has it. All of my Charmanders and my Charizard have it as their default ability.
Edit: Solar Power seems to be it's hidden ability also.

Tbh, I'm coming closer to believing the Rayquaza is real just because I've transferred so many Pokemon from Gen III, the Cobalion could be gen'd but I don't know. IVs will tell, if it has all 31s it's gen'd.

Cobalion says it was caught at the Pathless Plain, possibly real but I'm more skeptical.
EDIT: Rayquaza is also correctly flagged. Some don't pay enough attention to it but the little blue hexagon under a Pokemon sprite means it was born in X, Y, or ORAS. This one lacks it.
either way, should be fine, trophy pokemon at the very least.
