It's bad I saw MLP commercial and FFXIAH came to mind.
I think I might give this another shot... I watched the first episode and wasn't really enthused, but then I read somewhere towards the start of this thread to get to ep 3 where it starts to become funny and what not.
I'm a huge anime nerd now but even Powerpuff Girls used to top my list of shows I watched.

Baby Rainbow Dash was sooo cute in the new episode! x3
I have to complain some though. "The Cutie Mark Chronicles" felt very rushed, particularly near the end. Fluttershy, Applejack, and Twilight Sparkle had lengthy, informative segments; Pinkie Pie and Rarity, not so much. Instead of cutting them short, I think a second episode would have been better. =/

I'm so so sooooo bad. I marathoned the entire release of the series so far in about two days and I'm supposed to be working on my final project! Now I have to fight off the desire to not only draw ponies, but BUY PONY TOYS. AUGH.
I was very depressed to make the realization that this is probably my favorite western cartoon to come out since the majority of the cartoon cartoons and Futurama. I don't know how to feel about myself anymore.

But I'm not even a bronie! I'm a girl and I grew up with the original. D: I even still have the original ponies including the original Applejack G1 pony in my attic... but I came to realize the show was terrible years ago. I let go of my fond childhood love! I accepted this and now this happens. NOW THIS HAPPENS! Holy ***as soon as my film is done I am going to draw so many ponies and plaster them on my wall like a deranged girlish nightmare. All the colors of the rainbow!

Wow, the starting price was $75, and 68 bids ran it up to $2000. @.@ I do think it's funny that Lauren Faust decided the name "Derpy Hooves" was an acceptable name for this unintentionally popular pony.
In "Winter Wrap Up", one Pegasus tells Rainbow Dash that "Ditzy Doo accidentally flew north for the southern birds". I kind of thought it was an attempt by Lauren Faust to give this pony a more fitting name, but I guess not. =x

From what I heard "winter Wrap Up" was written before Derpy became popular
