Got any suggestions on which brands? I've only decided on the 23 inchers cause they're new and nice looking, but hell even 1 32" would be awesome (at least right now, 2 later, maybe 3!)
tigerdirect has a sale for a 40" for under $500 not sure when or if it's over though.
I typically try to stay with samsung for TV's right now. price/quality is good imo.

If I could I would. A guy I was seeing had it for PC and the mods made the console versions look like ***. But you take what you can get. I'm not even paying for it.. its probably the only thing my mom is getting me for x-mas.

so my friend keeps posting these utterly disgusting pictures of what they call a thanksgiving turkey, they've covered it in like 10LB of bacon (no joke, they have the pictures) some gross stuffing with some nasty looking cheese sauce in it...) thank god I'm not eating it :|

The turkey sounds good, but the stuffing... ohgawd... it looked like vomit seriously :| (actually I should say the turkey LOOKED good, I saw pictures of it)
Maybe the cheese sauce will thicken up as it cooks I dunno right now it looked gross :p
my family is not having a turkey for today :p we are having a beef roast with hollandaise sauce, mashed potatoes with gravy and fresh green beans.
Turkey tends to come out rather dry, I think (if not attended to regularly while roasting) so I'd imagine the bacon--while not appealing to me personally LOL--would alleviate some of that loss of juices perhaps. :p
But Ina is a chef no? I'd defer to his perspective on this. ^_-
