It's weird, until Josiah's post I haven't really ever considered that Canada would have a criminal justice system.. Due to it's size this is a given, but I just never think of them as having to have one...

Two upgraded orignal annons from first Freedom, 8 funnel draggon bits, like strike freedom, and with the capability of making a shield between them, like akatsuki/nu. Camera, extra targetting I guess. Beam rifles no longer combine.
But if it's just the cannons, why keep the bulky parts of the wing binders if the rest of the wings aren't there? Why not put them between the DRAGOON wings instead? At least then they actually face forward and the wings can move to use the Voiture Lumiere system! D:

It ha a weird extra pulse ability. Like it would shoot and hit Destiny's beam shield, and there was an extra pulse/burst of energy to help knock it back, from my memory of combining the rifles.
Eclipse is pretty neat. Custom made for a newtype pilot. Dragoon receptors throughout the body to help control it, huge beam saber on its back, ala Epyon, beam palm canons, and beam claws on fingers. Wings of light and Voltuire Lumiere system. /catches breath.
