Ah that's unfortunate...I know he was hospitalised just a few months prior with a slight MI, so it wasn't fully unexpected. But for sure he was a memorable character actor with great delivery. :/
I think my fave role of his was in the Broken Lizard "Slammin' Salmon" film.

Hmm I done a few monsters in the arena Len, but I became so ridiculously powerful even they started to become easy, there were no dark aeons in my version of the game, I have all the aeons including secret aeons too :) plus fully upgraded weapons etc :)

yeah, I want to play X again, I think I'll just play it on my ps2 until I can get my emulator working, I am so going to use save states to get past the chocobo game and the lightning dodging.
I do have the international version though so yay me :D
(too bad my laptop damn near cries when I try to run that game... I need to play with the settings, maybe run the emulator in windows XP where I have less stuff installed).
