Idk about that, but i have 0 synergy skill, but another synergist made my fishermans smock, but i had to cancel it when he said so, and i also had to do the quest to unlock doing synergy so yeah a high lvl synergist prolly can.

Quitting smoking sucks.. Every few seconds I forget I don't have cigarettes anymore and go to reach for my pack and lighter only to realize all over again that I'm quitting.
On the other side of it, I'm not feeling as irritable or edgy as I have in my previous attempts to quit.. In fact the only real withdrawal effect/side effect I'm experiencing is continuously reaching for cigarettes that aren't there. It's been at least 12 hours since my last cigarette.. I expected to be moody.

get something to replace it at first, so that when you reach for them, you end up reaching for that other thing (something preferably less addictive), then after you get used to that ween yourself off of that too.
I'm not sure what I could replace it with (candy/snacks/food doesn't usually work for me).. Anyways I'm pretty sure I can handle this as is, I mean it's annoying, but things are definitely going a lot smoother than all my other attempts in quitting. I've quit for a month or more on a few occasions, the last one was a few months (the longest being over a year), but wife got hit by a car and I was freaking the hell out, so I caved in and bought a pack of cigarettes OTW to the hospital.
