It would help if mods were approachable at all.
I mean I'm worried that if I ever ask a mod a legit question about a post being removed I'm going to be banned.

You would only get banned if you got stupid in your PM about it. Should see some PM's of how ppl react over a topicban and make their way to a tempban then a ban when it was explained of the cause.
If you ask a mod a question of why it was removed, then just ask but don't go making it a huge stink with cussing and yelling in the PM.

I presented my case with only logic and reasoning: a claim, and reasoning for said claim, yet it was deleted too with no response, pm or otherwise.
There was no cussing
There was no huttburt
Only a question

sounds interesting, do you use stuffing in your turkey? and if so do you put it in after brining? we usually cook it for a long time, and regularly baste it with the juices its in.

Basically you just want to cover the turkey with really salty water (spreading some salt on the skin and in the cavity as well) and then let it sit in that for a couple of days. (In the fridge of course)

There's a general guide to it. I use slightly less salt than the recipes generally call for, just cuz I'm paranoid and it still turns out wonderful. I think I use somewhere around 1 to 1 1/2 cups salt per 2 gallons of water. Adding some herbs and stuff like garlic/onion to the brining solution really helps make the flavor pop.
