It's pretty noticeable in my opinion but Most of my messing around with it was at higher levels. Remember that melee damage is also in there, really shouldn't need to make his ranged attacks any faster.
But with three maneuvers, it's almost double the ranged attack rate. Gotta admit I'd love to be able to do that on RNG.
I'm not gonna stop you from messing with it of course.

Another thing is stacking 3 of the same element is not often done on PUP, especially on a DD puppet. A cycle is usually kept with no more than 2 of one element (Thunder Wind Thunder is common as is Fire Wind Thunder) and is even more risky at lower levels since you can overload so easily with only a Buffoon's Collar.
Thunder? For Coiler?

I'm having trouble getting it through my head that Sharpshot Frame isn't just a RNG. I played RNG so long and every aspect of that is weakening your melee to increase your ranged, and now I have to do both, seems weird to me.

Yeah but it's fun, lol. I'm having fun with maneuvers. It's a bit like Phantom Rolls where it's all luck-based.

Yea, Thunder is for Coiler/Target Marker, Wind is usually for Turbo Charger but of course also works for Scope and Barrage Turbine. Also at higher levels it gets a little more complicated since you have multiple WS that are chosen based on maneuvers so you need to switch at least one of those Thunder out for something else depending on your level (75ish you'd want Dark Maneuver for Armor Piercer, 80ish you'll just want to make sure Wind Maneuvers are greater than or equal to Thunder)

Except, it's not luck based. I can't remember if we ever nailed down an exact formula but it's very straight-forward how burden works for the most part. But yes in general it's fun. :x Sorry if I get annoying/rambly with any of these posts btw.

I have my work gears of war shirt that I can wear since we are having a midnight for it and it "drums up excitement for it" or some bs, OR I can wear a nice shirt, since my SM and DM are going to be talking about promoting me tomorrow while I'm there and it might make a good impression. :o

But the real question is, which would leave a better impression on them? Helping the establishment by drumming up excitement for an event or just wearing a nice shirt? I'm assuming that is a possible part of the problem?
