Of course. See you on MSN.

I was totally ready for rejection, had my "Okay" picture and everything.

I'm gonna post it anyway just for my satisfaction.

You're on a plane trip that crosses over an ocean, at some point, mid-way the plane has to make an emergency water landing, the pilots were unable to tell anyone this bit of information (as far as anyone's concerned your plane crashed in the ocean and anyone's survival is minimal at best). Only 34 of you managed to make it to a near-by, but very small island.

It's now been 17 days, water is extremely limited, and no one has yet managed to find any food. 5 of the passengers are gravely injured and will die any day (there is 0 hope for them to live, it's frankly a miracle they're still alive). The healthy survivors have taken a vote and are divided, kill them and eat them now, or risk dying of starvation and let them die naturally. The decision has literally came down to you, what do you decide to do?

Kill them now.. Mercy killings are a long lost art (not even kidding...being 100% serious). If somebody is suffering, yet they will sustain everybody else, kill them in their sleep, that why they don't feel the pain, and don't feel the betrayal.

I'd wait for the DHARMA food package to arrive.

I think Schutz communicates to me in something more cryptic than The Enigma Machine.
She sends me random jug pets to my delivery box at random times.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN?!

What pets are they?

Edit: Just out of curiosity...

Am I a cruel person because I think if someone is physically unable to take care of themselves because of old age, they should stop being alive? >____>

No. I think once a person fails to carry their own weight so to speak or at least fail to be a self sufficient human being.
ie: Needing assistance to so much as wipe your *** or eat or get out of bed, it's time to consider calling it a life. To go on any longer is just a waste of time, resources and prolongs the inevitable.
Just my opinion though.

I would say people on assisted living are still a very much valuable part of life... 1) They can provide wisdom through their many years 2) They provide jobs (their caretakers) 3) I'm sure they have family that still love and adore them.. Y'all are animals lol.

I don't just mean assisted living though.

I mean, to the point that if left to their own devices, they literally can't do anything except maybe talk.

I can sympathize with the jobs part though, that makes sense.

Not sure how much of a contributing factor wisdom of experience actually gives, but you do have a point about the jobs and families.
Though I was looking merely at a living alone and no immediate family scenario.
But from my point of view, and personally, I would rather stop living than to infringe others just for the sake of going on longer than (all things considered) necessary. Either out of fear of death or stubbornness, I don't find that as a reasonable excuse to waste the resources of others, including money, food, time, etc.
Life belongs to the living, not the barely alive.

I dunno either. They're just jugs, and they tend to be HQ too.
Only one though, not even a full stack.
My guess is mule cleaning and passing it down to me xD

Hell my grandmother died a long time ago. Lived with other family to keep her going, since she couldn't drive and had major health issues. What I would give to hear more of her stories about how my mom was as a child... (she's dead too)

I, like Arte, will hopefully maintain that if I'm being a drain on resources because of my age and inability to sustain myself without help, I'll have someone pull my plug too.

But hey, in 50-60 years, my opinion may change because of wisdom and whatnot. Nothing is really set in stone.

Edit: Obviously, either way I decide on this, I'm gonna do my damnedest not to be put in that situation.
