Not true actually. It can set Evasion Bonus traits (and Blind the enemies) and since our base Evasion is so much higher than at 75, a properly geared Evasion BLU can cap Evade Rate on a lot of targets.
Draylo uses it a lot among other BLUs I'm sure for solo endeavours and such.

Skill tends to give less stats after a certain point, Like... before 200 skill~ for combat you'd get 1:1 (1 skill, 1acc/attack etc) After 200+ You'd get .9 or something, idk. Just the way the game scales skill/stat I guess. iirc Kirschy(sp) tested it to where if you can get more evasion over skill in a slot, do that. :<

Anyone want to explain how a plane that has crash landed because it's absolutely out of fuel and the engines have shut down and had to make a crash landing could be engulfed in flames?
<_< It's from a movie, not like I expect accuracy, but I feel like nit-picking and open to plausible explanations. Not a military craft, there is no ordinance on board, there's also no flammable cargo..

Engines overheating? Short-circuiting inside? :<
It's an Antonov.. The fireball would have to be absolutely massive to engulf that plane.. I kinda doubt (even if the oil could just burst into flames) that it would be big enough.

SCREW THAT NM... I was soloing it on nin...proc'd blue with CLUB mind you... and all the sudden it used a throat stab and one-shotted me >_<... I HATE that (couldn't rely on migawari, as solo you just plain don't have the means to get the recast down far enough >_<)
