I should follow that advice but Im gonna burn it off with a nice long power walk today so I think Im gonna be ok. And my grilled cheese is just too good to pass up :-)
***nice, ordered something from newegg yesterday and it's like already here almost lol, free 4-7 day shipping only for it to get here in 2 is pretty badass.
too bad it's only 1 thing and it's not really an upgrade :( more of an addon lol, getting one of those internal card readers to shove in one of the 3.5 bays I have so I don't have to always search for my stupid USB plugin card reader.

well if I had a choice I'd have eaten something else, but too high and fat and my gallbladder goes into super critical and makes me sick, cannot wait for the dr tomorrow to tell me what I need to do (either take this piece of ***out or do some kind of procedure to break up the stones they did see in there which might also be causing problems)

lol yup, if I do have to get my gb out I'll probably have to drastically change my diet, or at least just become even more aware of what I eat before I go shoving it in my mouth lol.

Long term it will be a lot better for you, look at it that way :-)
Edit: I have chronic migranes and petit mal seizures and take medications for it so Im kinda in the same boat. I changed my diet a lot and it was a big change for me, but overall it's been ok. I feel better and minus the cheesy poofs its not too bad.

Who skills up on the fortalices in Zvahl at lvl 78 with their main weapon (GAxe on WAR), with a high powered one anyway??? -.-
