Yeah I went for a HIDA scan yesterday but they were having issues with getting any type of pictures (or at least that's what they said) i'm fairly certain they are going to just end up taking it out.
Before I got mine removed I had horrible stomach aches and nausea all the time.. afterwards I felt 110% better and could actually eat food without worrying about feeling shitty. They give good drugs and you're only really sore for 3 days after. :P

but I hope you have insurance xD I went in to the ER (It was about to burst it was so bad) and didn't have any.. they seen me and everything but a month later I get a 25k bill... >.>

I have that shitty gov't issued insurance which will pay for it if it needs to be taken out, i'm having the same issues, stomach aches, nausea, some slight pain around where my gallbladder is.

sucks but I guess as long as I watch what I eat i'll be fine till my appointment tomorrow to find out the results.

I don't think it would be the best idea... the better idea might be to make a 2 layer cake and just carve some space for the vibrater inside that way it would still work for them. Personally I would just make them a penis shaped cake but thats just me.

In theory it is possible though yes. The concept of the electronics in there worry me though if all else fails go for plain wodden one.
