(and most of the time is getting to and from of your vehicle) Speaking of Texas, we USED to have saying around here.. "If you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes".. It used to change all the time.. now it's just ridiculously consistent.. You know we just broke the record for consistent 100-degree days? We're either right ontop of it, or just recently passed the highest average temperature for this timer period too.. Now in winter, it's going to be cold and bitter as hell, watch.. Lived here all my life, the weather here is getting really damned weird.. In this case, predictable is very strange. This summer has been brutal, and the drought is ridiculous too. Ramuh.Austar said: » Ragnarok.Hevans said: » not food talk =O!!!! /starves Bismarck.Eburo said: » Poughkeepsie. Embrace the coming months.. It may not be much by New York standards, but winters here can get pretty damned cold... Assuming we're sticking with this pattern thing that's been going on for the last few years, it's gonna get pretty cold.
I miss the unpredictable weather... At least I had something to hope for.. Ramuh.Austar said: » Ragnarok.Hevans said: » not food talk =O!!!! /starves the devil -.-; there's a crappy chinese place up the street, but it sucks. it's like mall food court quality chinese. i'd have to go for a drive for some good asian cuisine. i might have to drive for a burger or something. maybe sonic and i'll get some ice cream! Everything, I've had almost everything on the menu, and some things that aren't, and I've never been disappointed. It's filling, and it's not too expensive either. I think the most I've spent on a single dish was like 8 dollars? But I barely finished half of it.

Speaking of bridges, I hate bridges. Especially that 2-mile long one near White Plains. Wow, even McDonald's up the street is 24/7 drive-thru. Whataburger is open all night even for walk-in. Best reasons to be in Texas: Whataburger and Buc-ee's.
Anyone else notice they're "extending" the cut off date to transfer your FFXI account to your Square-Enix account, until they find "an easier payment method for customers".

Ditto, forgot to transfer my alt until after I got charged for the month, effectively f***king any chance I had to transfer before the previous cutoff date. |
