Well as we don't really have gundanium allow, the best we could hope for is just a mobile suit or armor.

Well we don't have some of the tech outright, but if your goal is a 60-80ft tall walking tank, then sure, we can do it. Not sure how well though.
Also not sure of the feasibility of making a walking nuclear reactor. Not sure if we have that tech either, the main issue (aside from meltdown obviously) would be to cool the sonnabitch, we'd probably need what, liquid helium? Now if we licked cold fusion, then sure we could have small reactors that are stable/safe and have them in walking tanks (maybe?).

The power source would definitely be the issue. Right off the top of my head of a power source that might work would be Thorium but... if the gundam were destroyed and radiation leaked, that fallout would be greater than normal nucular generators...
Maybe the power source exists or not. Could be simple. This is why we need scientists.
