Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?
I thought you guys were talking about this:

All this healthy food talk is making me feel bad... I just got done working out for the first time in like a month and I have been eating just everything. Stagnating at 210 pounds for like the past month and a half now... don't think 200 by my birthday is gonna happen any more.
Oh woe is me, etc etc. 7 days a week sucks, 24 hours at work > school > clinical > work > school > clinical. ~.~ It is cardiology at the moment and I have been actually having to study my balls off, not to mention it has been busy as *** at work lately. Been doing like 4 transports a day (sounds small, but keep in mind my average call time is ~3 hours), plus paperwork on all the calls, then only time for studying or an episode of Dexter before bed. my mom used to buy those chipotle veggie burgers. Had them so much I feel sick when I smell them now. Never again.

Plateau effect. Change up your routine or combine exercises together for more intensity in a single work out.

I'm pretty sure I plateaued because I went from working out B and C shift and went from eating <=1600 calories on A shift and <=1800 calories on workout days to working out maybe once a week and like 2200 calories every day <.<; I'm honestly shocked I haven't gained weight to be honest, which bodes well for when I get my weight down to my happy goal (whatever that ends up being) and start focusing more on weights instead of cardio. If I can maintain my current weight while slacking on all workout and going out to eat like 2~4 times a week I don't think I will have much issue bulking up and increasing my rather pathetic weight numbers (fear my 150 bench). Edit: It's the 7th, which is supposed to be picture day... I forgot last month, so I guess I will go shower and stuff and take a quick picture update since I remember and post in fitness thread. I'm actually not all that surprised that you haven't.
Caloric intake doesn't matter nearly as much as people believe it does when it comes to weight gain/loss. You could have easily increased your body's metabolic rate, even while increasing your intake of calories, and could still lose weight. You also have to be careful about the type of workouts you do - multiplying exercises and doing short intensity bursts can have better effects for weight loss than longer concentrated workouts. Example: If you go jogging (or on an elliptical machine) you can add intensity by carrying wrist and ankle weights, moving your arms further, longer strides, etc., or carrying a weight pack on your back (some companies still sell weighted shirts that can carry adjustable weights) And you can still pretty much eat whatever it is you like. Even if it's just smaller portions, more often through-out the day. Sylph.Josiahfk said: » I heard knights of sidonia was good too and added it to my Netflix but haven't gotten around to watching it. Orange is the new black has kate mulgrew so I'm enjoying it, thought she only did live theatre after being type casted. Really enjoying it, at first the animation took me some getting used to, but I like it now. edit - also holy ***, gravity belts are no joke. buckle up ***. If you put your mind to it, that 10 pounds is nothing! Butter is a great movie! Olivia Wilde's character was awesome in it. xD
I haven't backread really, I probably shouldn't.

90 cul desynth. 70% success rate on 348 gathering fish, so they'll cap out at 85% at 100. Should mean frilled sharks will cap at 70% at 100. Ughhhhhhhhhhhh

While it's one of my favorite mangas, I can't watch it because of the weird animation
