Yah in terms of contacting them, their phone support is utterly useless right now, their chat system is FUBARed lol (still in line again :p)

my last hope is that they respond to my tickets in the next week, all I want is my goodies, if they can just put it on my account (probably takes all of 10 seconds lol) I'll be happy.

Pretty much on the same boat as Fyyvoaa. Luckily I'm #30 something in their chat queue. But I'm not expecting much in regards to having the issue addressed. Probably going to get a run around as always.
But yeah, just want my moogle hat and cait sith doll thing :(

Just saw the live action commercial for FFXIV: ARR.

Not sure if i like it or not. Don't think they should have gone the Live action route >_>

That ad was corny as hell. Almost reminiscent of the old school NES game commercials from the 90s.

All they really needed to do was show clips from their End of an Era CG cutscene. That was more than enough incentive to get me interested.

Yay, for the first time ever SE support actually helped.
No ***, no redundancy, he just gave me a new code and it worked perfectly.
But it was strange because the site and code he had me use were totally different from my pre-order code and site given via email.

So, my husband likes to turn on the Benny Hill theme whenever we're trying to do something serious on FFXI and getting our bums handed to us. Whenever the ls wanted to fight Botulus Rex we'd just preemptively turn on Benny Hill, because Botulus Rex.

Except now we don't play anymore really. So imagine my surprise when my husband pulled up the SE FFXIV forums, read for a moment, gave me the "this is gonna be good" look, and cranked up Benny Hill before continuing to read. Oh man, here we go.



I feel bad for SE. They have been putting a bunch of work into FFXIV, and they can't foresee every problem. I mean, the problem here was too many people wanted to play, right? So they clogged down the servers, right? But after their last release of it, how were they supposed to know that everyone and their hamster was going to want to play this time, right? Give them a chance, it'll all work out. ^^ And play some Benny Hill, it will make you feel like the servers could explode into fiery balls of Mithra bits and Chocobo pieces and everything would still be hilarious and ok!

Huh? they can just move a char like that? They better offer a free request back to the original server because you chose that server for a reason. :/

I dunno, all my chars are on hyperion. i go to the mogstation and 1 character was moved to Lamia... and 2 chars not showing up on my list...so i think i have to do a name change.

I HAVE FINALLY GOT MY EARLY ACCESS ON PS3 CODE!
