Two bosses down and landed a STR+3 bonus (huuuuuuge as far as Vagrant Story is concerned) from one of them.

Next boss is the Fire Elemental iirc. I recall that fight being a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge pain in Ashley's partly covered ***.

Recently restarted Vagrant Story myself. Didn't get too far but I love save states. Always Str +3 / HP + 5. Stopped playing the game before maxing out armor and weapons. Damascus Dread armor was a pain in the *** to get.
